This is Ryuki from Story of Saiunkoku plushie and this design is available for commission. Please note that the hair color on this specific plushie is very hard to find online so this hair is hand dyed by me. It is one of two colors that I dye myself so the color is not uniform and may vary. But on this one it comes out more like a real ash blond by not being uniformly colored and that can only be done by hand dyeing.
